Welcome to BJBC Station

Welcome to the best station for beers, join us soon in our taproom and recall a simpler time when Boulder Junction was a respite from the big city and the train depot was the heart of town. A gathering place where you can grab a quick drink before heading to your favorite lake, or hang out with us and enjoy the patio as you watch folks biking and walking through town.

Taproom FAQs

We have announced an opening weekend of January 30th, 2026.  Our hours that weekend are:

Friday 1/30 1pm-10pm with a ribbon cutting at 1pm

Saturday 1/31 12pm-10pm

Sunday 2/1 12pm-7pm

Leashed, well-behaved dogs are allowed in our beer garden and our tap room. If you know your dog doesn’t get along well with others (dogs or people) then we ask you to please leave them at home while you’re enjoying your time with us.

Yes, kids are allowed! Families are definitely welcome. We do ask that children behave and don’t run around unattended – it’s a safety thing. Plus we’re just around the corner from the fantastic Boulder Junction Community Playground, so if the kids need to run off some energy, that’s a much better (and safer) place for them to do it.

While we will not have a full kitchen on premise, our taproom will offer a variety of snacks and pre-prepared foods to our customers.  We certainly plan on engaging the growing Northwoods food truck circuit when we can. You are welcome to bring in your own food from home or carryout from our local restaurants –  a picnic in the beer garden on a lovely summer day sounds like a great idea!
