Our head brewer Tracy used to compete in marathons, triathlons, and Ragnar races, so her nickname was “Trackstar.” When she started home brewing with some neighborhood friends, it seemed logical to name the first beer recipe she developed and brewed after her, thus the Trackstar Red Ale was born. This latest iteration uses the same recipe as the original with some tweaks and improvements. With its rich amber color, expect a malt-forward, medium body with a dry, moderately hoppy crisp finish.
